Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any our server. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or Link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision, and reserves the right to deactivate and remove any account at any time for any reason without refund!

System Resource Usage
If our system administration team determines that your account is utilizing an unacceptable amount of system resources, we may temporarily deactivate the account in question. This only occurs in extreme cases.

Backups
You are responsible for maintaining their own backups on your own personal computers. We does not provide any sort of compensation for lost or incomplete data or files (even if the malfunction was due to negligence on our part). We will do our best to ensure your data and files are complete and accurate save in the Thundersell server and database but assume no responsibility for this duty. Always backup your data and files on your personal computer!
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
